The Randsburg General Store, located in Randsburg, California, has been in continuous operation since 1897. It also has the distinction of having an original 1904 soda fountain that has remained in use for 118 years!
Now, due to the downturn in the economy and rising costs, it faces permanent closure. Someone who has never met the current owners has setup a GoFundMe in an effort to help save this magnificent piece of Americana.
